Medley of Clew Bay shellfish, Achill sea trout and fresh Atlantic cod with a tomato, coriander and light chilli sauce, side salad and creamed potatoes

A very special menu designed by Chef Myles O’Brien to perfectly complement four different Mescan Craft Beers – Blond, White, Stout and Tripel.

Mescan is Westport’s own range of Belgian-style craft beers, brewed on the side of Croagh Patrick using only natural products. The name comes from a historical figure who was St. Patrick’s personal brewer.
